The harvested coffee was processed on the farm of an aunt, because she did not have the infrastructure to make a timely and adequate processing, for this reason, she had to move the harvest to where her aunt, by car, making a two-hour journey, she which increases production costs too much.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n \u003cp\u003eThis situation generated technical and economic difficulties for her because she could not adequately process her coffee.
