The Barista Skills Foundation course focuses on the key skills needed to use a grinder, prepare espresso and froth, and texture milk for cappuccinos. In this course, the student is introduced to the basic knowledge of coffee and lays the foundation to acquire the practical skills of the milk technique and latte-art, while also using health and safety and customer service practices. .
